That was at half past nine this morning! I've had nobbut since and am about to tuck into a big bowl of beefy soup followed by some fish in a cheesy sauce :p

Lacking poached eggs! Nor is there enough pepper on the scrambled's. Also a lack of beans and mushrooms and no tatty scones is a sin!
Then I am confused, for the OP is missing mushrooms and hash browns! :D

Beans, fried bread, fried eggs, black pudding?
Tea/Coffee, in a biiiiiiiiiig mug?
I read that as "bowel of cereal" :/

Get in!!
Well by my count that's between 900 and 1000 calories which along with what I've had this evening adds up to about 1600 which is well within the daily limits.
The black pepper hadn't been added, I have a grinder on my desk! Didn't use any of those packets you can see next to the plate.
I've not done this before at work, but today I really fancied something different. It was good :)

Well, 4 of those are good. as for the rest :puke: :p
Haven't had a proper fry-up in ages. It's something I'm looking forward to in a few weeks. :)

Heh, which ones don't like you like? :)
I've yet to discover a better breakfast than a baguette with sausage, bacon, white pudding and maybe HP sauce. Egg optional, it's hard to fit a fried egg in a baguette sensible :p

Poach an egg for 4.5 minutes and the yolk is just coagulating, you can simply spread 1 or 2 (depending on baguette size) over your food. :)

QFT!
;)
So far this year I think I've had 4 or 5 cooked breakfasts. I think for me that's amazing! Let me explain.... I live in hotels during the week. Every morning there is a hot plate with bacon, sausages etc sizzling away.
The smell wafts through the restaurant and calls softly to you.
Suddenly you realise that your bowl of cereal is inadequate. This is a fight every morning and a lot of guys have lost the battle too often in the office.
I had the same fight just going on three-day training courses. You promise yourself you're going to eat healthy, and then you find breakfast is all inclusive, and a box of cereal just isn't enough... then the trainers provide lunch... and you have expenses for dinner so it would be rude not to get the steak and chips... God knows how I'd manage living out of a hotel for work.
No black pudding, no potato products, no soda bread, no garlic mushrooms....
Pftt call that a fry up...

Nope, I don't think I did :p ;)

:o
That's kind of what I have now. Limitless breakfast, expenses for lunch and a good budget for dinner. It's hard and requires real will power.
The real killer is evening meals more though. You are sat in a restaurant on your own. So, you have one pint with your starters and part way into the main. Balls to it, I'll have another with the meal. Before you know it you are on two+ pints a night, not good. I would say stopping drinking at meals out is harder than missing the brekkie.
