Such a shame, she was a big part of Star Trek and was great as Deanna's mother in TNG. RIP :(

Was she in TOS (as the computer on the rare occasions that happend)? Genuinely can't remember. I know what else she played there of course. ;)

It was inevitable it was going to happen but it's a real shame to know that so many of the original cast are now gone. :(

She was Christine Chapel in TOS as well as Number One in the original pilot, not sure if she was the 'pooter as well.

/edit - Wiki, it say she was the computer in TOS as well.

She is the only actor to appear in all five "Star Trek" series ("Star Trek" (1966), "Star Trek: The Next Generation" (1987), "Star Trek: Deep Space Nine" (1993), "Star Trek: Voyager" (1995) and "Enterprise" (2001)).
She played Number One, Nurse Christine Chapel and the Enterprise computer voice in "Star Trek" (1966), Ambassador Lwaxana Troi and the Federation computer voice in "Star Trek: The Next Generation" (1987) and "Star Trek: Deep Space Nine" (1993), Voyager's computer voice in "Star Trek: Voyager" (1995) and the Defiant and Enterprise-D computer voices in "Enterprise" (2001).
She also supplied various voices in "Star Trek" (1973) and appeared in Star Trek: The Motion Picture (1979), Star Trek IV: The Voyage Home (1986), Star Trek: Generations (1994), Star Trek: First Contact (1996) and Star Trek: Nemesis (2002).

Along with Joseph Ruskin, Clint Howard and Jack Donner, she is one of only four actors to appear in both "Star Trek" (1966) and "Enterprise" (2001).

I'd love it if at her funeral they opened the doors to the chamber a la star trek ! :D
