Today I went to a domestic incident with a couple of other cops and the area is less than salubrious.

As I am speaking to the man of the house who can go off on one when he wants to ( but was fine ), I feel a tug on my duty belt to my right and I find a kid of no more than 5 trying to have my pepper spray away.

Who'd have kids, eh ?

you sure it wasn't Kelly? She can be mistaken for a small (drunken) child at times ;)

A very good point. :D

I keep telling Faysh that he can't have any pepper spray to play with, he's in big trouble for getting Josh to get him some.

He'll have the full kit belt and stabby by the end of the week if officers keep leaving their stuff round Custody

Daisy was sent up for a shower about 1/2 an hour ago, protesting very loudly. I heard her singing very loudly (which she always does on the shower) and then she came marching in with the top of her head wet. She said 'I've rubbed my hair REALLY hard and managed to dry it at the back, but I couldnt dry the top. I've had a shower though. Yes, I really have'. She had a little round patch of wet hair on top and the long bits were bone dry.
I asked for a lovely cuddle so I could smell her nice clean hair and her face dropped like a stone! She's in the shower now (I've checked) and she's not singing.

I laughed like a drain!!

HAHAHAHHAAAAAAAAAAAA she's just walked in dripping wet 'NOW do you believe I've had a shower'. I sniffed her hair again - 'Daisy did you wash any part of you with soap or shampoo?' 'Nope' 'GET BACK IN THE SHOWER!!!!'

A quick spray should have acted as a deterrent :'(

My nearly 8 year old goddaughter asked me when she was about six.
(bear in mind I am only working in a school because of being Marchants support assistant)

"Auntie Marie, are you back at school because you didnt do good enough the first time?"

How dare you suggest such a thing .....

I got him to sign my pocket book admitting to all outstanding crime in the area, the Lucan murder, the Shergah theft and conspiracy to kill the PM.
