... by an 18 yo chav in a Corsa :'(
Was quite funny .... chap in front of me braked suddenly, so did I but the boy behind me didn't and tried to bum Barney ... The front of his car was dented, the bonnet had kinked but Barney survived !

I'm not doing as well, my whole body has stiffened up ( first person to say like my Johnson gets the Piggyslap of DOOM ) and I've also hurt my ankle .. I thought it was odd but the doc said it was probably jarred by being on the brake pedal at the time of impact :/
Really annoyed because I can't get to the gym for at least 2 weeks :(
I've had no back/neck problems for at least a year and now I'm back to square one .. bah !
BMWs seem to have very sturdy bumpers, as I found out when I reversed in my dad's five years ago and went right into my mate's mum's car (it was at a funny angle ;)). Glad you're not too banged up. What did the scrote have to say for himself?

Not a lot, couldn't understand what he was saying half the time because he was bloody mumbling !
There was him and his 2 mates in the car and guess where they were going ... HALFORDS ;D

Hope the stiffness goes away soon (ooer).
Lucky the beemer isn't damaged - hope you're not either :)
Stan :)
Piggyslap of doom eh? Like m...
Seriously, you seem to have had more than your share of bad luck with cars, but glad you and the car are (relatively) unscathed. Hopefully the aches and pains will clear up without too much bother.

This will be my 3rd bump in about 18 months .. perhaps I should stay at home
Bah, you complain about that!? Wait until a toyota hilux comes for you.
perhaps I should stay at home
Nah. We can't be having that. Just keep away from 18 yo chavs in corsas, and council vans. :)
These car bummers must be stopped!
Glad you weren't hurt more though. Were the lads apologetic?

More bemused than anything .. I don't think they even said sorry but did ask how I was, they were young and the lad driving got a right earful off his Dad when he called to get insurance details so I forgive them :p
Crikey Piggy, you're as bad as Leo
October 2004 - Accident one
October 2005 - Accident two
April 1 (I kid you not) - Accident three.
...and they're just the ones while I've known him (bizzarely the people involved accident 1 and 2 had the same (rather unusual) surname although they were really far apart :o)
August 1997, bad whiplash
April 2005 - Crash into back of fiesta ( my fault )
June 2005 - Get bummed by a council van - courtesy car I was driving got written off :embarassed:
Sept 2006 - Bummed by the Corsa
Not looking too good really ;D

I hope you took their details. Much as I don't like the way people sue at the drop of a hat, if you do develop serious back problems as a result you deserve compensating.
All going though my insurers legal team - I'm going to miss out on 2 weeks at the Gym and am also going to be needing to go back to my Chiropractor so I will be at least claiming the cost of the sessions and 1 months gym fees back as a result

Well those track records make me feel better ;D
I've had one accident, given I did write the car off (techincally), but still one :D
Hope everything is resolved quicky Piggy, and you get better soon. I don't have much hope with regard to a quick insurance claim though! But it's worth being optomistic!

I should be at the gym now doing my body pump class - doing tricep presses whilst singing along to scissor sisters at the top of my voice :(
Well, you can still do the singing part. :p

No I can't - people might hear me  ;D .. I might see how I am on Sunday and do my Body Attack class because that doesn't involve lifting any weights
Take care - no sense aggravating it unnecessarily. :)
:( Hope the stiffness goes soon.
Know how much it's bothered you in the past so hope it doesn't wreck anything :/
god all this talk of bumming :embarassed:
get well soon piggy & Barney ;)

Awwww nooo:( Hope you both feel better soon. :)
Barney hardly got hurt at all!!
She's not too bad today :) Much better than she thought she was going to be.
I think this is another area where the gym work pays off. Your muscles are that much stronger that they help the body to cope with this type of thing.

I'm not feeling too bad at all ! .. not in any pain, just feel a little stiff still. Will be skipping the Gym for about a week and will prob make an appointment with my chiropractor for next week to nip any problems in the bud :)

Saw the Chiropractor today .. a few crunches and pops later and I feel a lot less stiff ! .. He also gave me the green light to get my butt back to the gym ! :D
Poor Sinead :( Glad the damage ain't too bad. You do seem to be unlucky with prangs missy :(
Glad to hear you're ok - that's the most important. :)
