Having a lovely bath with food/drink/laptop?

I love having a bath when I've had a really bad or hard day at work and often take in my lappy to watch an episode or two of TV shows etc...

Do you? :D

Cant beat a beer when you're up to your neck in bubbles.

Well I'm not a beer person, so does Pizza + Chocolate make it up? :D

I'd be very concerned about dropping the lappy or getting it moist. How do you do it?

Thats what I was going to say. I take my ipod and speakers in, but theyre on a chair away from the bath where I cant splash them.

Desk chair next to bath ;)

And I don't really move while watching something... only to top up with warm water :p

Always shower after a bath to wash. Can never wash in the bath - never makes me feel clean.

Bath + shower after for me.

Nope. I like getting away from everything when I'm having a bath so no music, food/drink or laptop :)

I really hope this is Lom having a laugh :p ;)

I watch films / chat on MSN / drink bottles of wine when in the bath :)

Never could eat though, wouldn't do digestion any good I wouldn't think.

I usually take a beer or a glass of wine with me when I have a bubblebath and a book :) A short bath for me is about an hour (plus showering time)

I'd be worried about the condensation killing the components or something?

I've had a beer and a book before.

I miss baths, we don't have a bath at home any more and i wouldn't ever dare have a bath in my flat up here since no-one can keep the bathroom in any way clean. It would probably take me an hour or so before i could even think about having a bath :p
Booooo :(

But in answer to the question i don't think its weird, but i like to agree with Haly, a reeeallly hot bath (the usual; too hot to get into) and then i just like to properly switch off and totaly relax.

It's called a Monkey Bath.

Bath + Bubbles Galore + Candles + Music (Norah Jones is my favourite relaxing lady) = Heaven

I like candles at bathtime as well :p

Back when I enjoyed a bit of a 'smoke', I used to like nothing better than to get some candles on, a large Jamaican Woodbine, a mug of Earl Grey, some Norah Jones on the CD player and have a long, relaxing soak - Pheebs is right, Norah Jones is excellent for relaxing in the bath.

Is that your pet name for Lom?

A beer is nice in the bath, had the spurs game on the laptop last night which kind of stopped me relaxing but was quite enjoyable.

See, how can big hunks of manliness like me and Stan be considered soft for liking candles in the bath?
