I know a few ladies here have Race for Life badges in their signature but mine isn't working :(

Any chance one of you lovely ladies can check and see what tags worked pretty, pretty please :)

Thank yoooo!

I checked out Lostkat's sig and it goes like this...

[ URL="http://www.raceforlifesponsorme.org/YOUR RFL NAME HERE"] [ IMG]http://dl.getdropbox.com/u/326412/rfl.gif[/IMG ][/URL ]

So, pop in your rfl name and remove the spaces I put in the URL and IMG tags. Kate has also hosted the image herself which I've rehosted and put the link in :)

If you've still got problems, let me know your race for life name and I'll sort your sig for you :)

Hmm, I don't get it

It's just a "copy and paste this code" from the website and I was assuming insert tags, easy as pie, it appears! Apparently not :o

The code I'm given is this one:

<a href="http://www.raceforlifesponsorme.org/lorrainemacdonald" alt="Race for Life - SPONSOR ME" target="_blank"><img src="http://www.raceforlifesponsorme.org/design/31/images/badges/justgiving_badge9.gif" border="0" width="120" height="90"></a>

And my sponsor page is this:

http://www.raceforlife.org/lorrainemacdonald

I've obviously been studying for my exam too hard, everything else has fallen out of my brain! :o

Thanks. :)

EDIT: OOO it worked! You edited your post while I was typing :p Thank you muchly!!

The code they give would work...if it was used on a normal web page. The difference here is that we're using forum software which doesn't allow normal html (webpage) coding, so trying to paste their code in means the forum spits it out as garbage :)

I've adapted their code so it should work in your sig.

[ URL="http://www.raceforlifesponsorme.org/lorrainemacdonald"][ IMG]http://www.raceforlifesponsorme.org/design/31/images/badges/justgiving_badge9.gif[ /img][ /url]

Although when I just tried it, it seems the image url isn't correct ::/:

That's why I hosted the image myself as the image url wouldn't work for me either. Useless RFL!
