As I've just got my iPhone back from repair and restored it mostly back to before, I'm figuring out what apps I've missed in the past few weeks. So what would you lot recommend?

So far I've got Twitterific (although not adverse to a different twitter app if someone thinks something is better) and Facebook. Just about to get Shazam and try to find the train app that Feek was telling me about the other week.

Shazam is ace, and I was pleasantly surprised to find out it was free.

Wikipanion is handy for proving people wrong on the go. ;D

Funnily enough I just got Wikipanion :D Had it before and it was useful at times.

Can't find the train app Feek was talking about, there's so many of them!

I've installed the Facebook app, a London Tube app, a conversion app (for units), an IM program, a handful of games, and a local radio station player.

The shazam service is amazing, what's the app (Feek uses) that tells you plane train times around the country, i want to fine the symbian substitute but have no idea what to search for...

MyRail Lite
Vicinity
Tweetie
MMS
AccuWeather
Mobile Allowance
reQall
Shazam
TV Plus
WiFinder

I've got a lot more, but I'd go with those as a base set.

Tweetie seems to be the Twitter client everyone's raving about so got that :D

Looks like it's been withdrawn (http://twitter.com/MyRail/status/1087038983) which is a real shame :(

Tweetie is excellent, well worth the small cost.

Theres another one like myrail though which i was actually thinking about which is just an acronym of rail bus plane times or something...?

TubeDeluxe is the London underground app I use, and as of a couple of days ago, Shotgun Free is by far the most fun app I have!

Aww :( I'll have to try one of the may alternatives then.

Got Tweetie now, I like it :D

From the appstore:

eReader - Great ebook reader that works off www.ereader.com
Palringo IM - Very neat free IM client
IcanHasCheezBurger - when you want a laugh :D
Tube Status - Obviously shows the status of our er tube lines
Fake Calls - Great to get you out of meetings (free)

That's all I use. Most of my stuff are JB apps.

Without reading this thread properly first time round I found Shazam by accident the other day. Awesome app, and mind-bogglingly unpriced. I'd pay for this one no worries.

I imagine they get some sort of cut from iTunes referrals :)

MyRail Lite stopped working yesterday, they've turned it off. There's now an official National Rail Enquiries app that does the same and includes platform info and a planner, but it's a fiver!

Just got ifitness the other day off the Appstore. I think it was £0.59 or something. Great little app that has loads of exercises for the gym and you can input your work on weights and machines.

Just had a look at that on iTunes, looks quite good fun :D Might have to buy that.

I've recently been reviewing a few iPhone games for a site so became briefly addicted to Wordology. Very simple but excellent fun :D

I just bought that - never had MyRail Lite, so not too annoyed about having to pay a fiver as I think it's totally worth that.

I have this too - pays to have the phone plugged in when you use it for this though!
