I did :D

Dyed my hair bright red for the day! Also dressed in red and decorated the shop with about 15 red noses ;D

(It was brighter...)

I must admit, the dye was awesome. Got it (spray on) from Boots for £3... went on great, and came of very easily without coming out on clothing/staining the bath :D:D

So what did you do? :)

Totally faff all :p I've tried that dye before and it never worked at all, i got like a hint of red. But i guess it depends on hair type/colour.

I'm a darkish blonde so worked great for me!!

There was white, blue, and ultraviolet too so might be trying those soon :p

I wore a wrist band, there will be no more poverty now.

Well if everyone in the world wore one that would be £6,000,000,000 ;)

Nothing, work weren't doing anything which seemed a bit miserable :(
So just the usual watched it and donated some money.

Did nowt, wrote some good software though. It'll keep some people in work, allowing them to spend more on charity.

We sold out of those bloody hairspray things in our store. I got fed up of telling people the same thing. Alex, Boots are now stocking Lee Stafford colour spray its better than the previous brand.

And no I had a very unfunny day. Uni, looking after dad, uni again, work and then home.

Sod all. Didn't even watch it (though I've recorded a few bits on the offchance I'm feeling suitably bored. :))

Is there a non-Christmas version of Scrooge?

Which boots do you work at Paula? I'm gonna come sneak in on you sometime if it's any near me... Also i find most dye's have never worked any good on my hair, but it is pretty dark, i guess it needs to be done properly if you want it bright and silly and bleached first.

Sent some money in via a text which was a great idea; but that was it - certainly didn't watch the thing. Was there anything good on?

Considering we're in such a terrible recession they all did really well to exceed the 2007 total

No I believe it is fundamentally wrong and counter productive.

Bought a cake at work, watched until about midnight and made a contribution and then went to bed.

The kids went to school in non uniform. They were supposed to go dressed in red, but Megan wanted to wear her princess dress.

The teachers did 2 raffles, one to let the kids paint their faces, and t'other to let the kids gunge them.

The kids had a great time, and the school raised £300 for red nose day :)

Didn't do anything. Didn't watch any of it on the tv although I read the think in the paper about some of the popstars climbing Kilimanjaro. They seemed to raise a lot of money but I wonder how much the expedition actually cost?

I did too and I totally agree ;D

Also took part in a few things at work; dress down, wearing red noses and had a little raffle etc :)

Fort Kinnard, it isn't really near you unless you hop on a 30.

A photographed handbags in Debenhams. Completely unrelated to Red Nose Day but thats how I spent the day and I did it for money. If it was only manbags, I'd do that for the free bags :D

Edit: To answer the OP, I've been on the rig this week so nowt from me.

I ended up with pink hairspray stuff in my hair one Christmas Eve, many years ago (come to think about, I was 17 so several of you weren't even born). I woke up on Christmas morning with a pink pillow, a huge graze on my hip from falling down some stone steps and a pounding hangover from downing a pint of Ouzo and green ginger in a oner.
