Saturday was LOVELY! Sunny as, so we went for a walk over Dartmoor! Was ace, loads of funky rock formations and discovered areas we figured were old foundations of a settlement and things. Was gusty as though and we walked a fair way! Trio was loving it though! When we sat down for sarnies she spent most of her time rolling down the hill in front of us! Hehehe!

I then mowed our lawn and then redistributed the HUGE mud mound we had round the corner. It's been there forever and really was starting to irritate me. Was a fair bit of elbow grease as had to dig it off this house sized ground sheet thing, chuck that aside and then rake it all through pulling out stones and lumps of clay. Then had to border it off with meshing so Doggy here is less inclined to run through it and then through the house!

After that it was scrubby dub dubs in the tub a good hour or so playing the guitar and then guitar hero and then chill out time watching The Postman!

Sunday was an AWESOME day! Super dooper sunny! I set up my ipod and stereo outside and danced about to Rod Stewart whilst weeding out most of the borders and pruning some old dead bits! Gardens looking stupendously neat now! Woo!

We then had a nomtastic BBQ (first one of the year! Woo wooo) with sausages and bacon and courgettes and aubergines and and salad and all sorts (and more Rod Stewart of course)! I came inside and played a bit of guitar (forgetting the ipod was blaring outside... when I remembered I nipped out and heard it playing Tom Jones "SHeeES A LAAAAADY.... WOAaaaaah WOaaaaaaaah WOaH" to the whole neighbourhood. Surprised our car hasn't been keyed this morning)

I then decided it would be fun to drink Gin and Tonics and Red wine, cleaned the whole kitchen whilst singing and dancing to some chooooooons, made brownies (that went funny again :/ Must be the butter I'm using), rolled around outside in the mud (I may have been naked), had a bath and then made sweet potato chips and a bacon salad :D

Then watched half of Sliding Doors in bed :D

GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOD Weekend! What did you all get up to then?! Hmm hmm hmm?! Hoping lots of fun goodness!

Well I've been ill, I didn't get to buy the flights to New York I was hoping for and my girlfriend didn't get to pick up her bike (which she was very excited about). But Spurs and England won and the weather has been beautiful (not that I left the flat yesterday), just like my girlfriend :D

I've had a good weekend despite Toby being ill. Had a good friend staying Saturday night, left lastnight.

We got a nomtastic takeaway on Saturday night, had a good chat over a few glasses of wine, and then took the kids into town yesterday for a maccy d's. We were going to go to the park, but Toby wasn't feeling up to it.

I've had to miss school this morning (doing a family learning thing with Megan) as Toby slept with me lastnight and he took up most of the bed lol.

Friday night was desperately needed as I had had a **** **** **** **** **** week at work, and friday dragged on till 7pm which was nice. Saturday although to my surprise wasn't excessively hungover was just a lazy day spent watching tv. Sunday was gym, motorbike and ruggers followed by more laziness!

What more could I want?! Well more than a 2 day weekend for a start!

Pretty dull weekend over this way so I'll just add it to the list :(

Visited her folks, walked the dogs, ate a really dry pie with to much thyme in it, Sunday went to Southampton and shopped but bought a book on cool chairs, home, indian takeaway, ordered the wrong thing, got in trouble etc.

Mine was a bit of a Meh weekend.

Had to be up early on Saturday to go to work, bloody church service the school has once a year where attendance is compulsory.

Came home watched the footy, laughed a little bit at Man U. Went to watch Marley and me with my mate in the evening. Decided to do my shopping on the way home and then got stuck in a 15 minute queue for one of their "make your own pizza's" - felt like i'd achieved something by the time I got me pizza!
Went home, threw myself on the dog and blubbed cos of the film.

Sunday was another early start cos the lovely people at Sky decided to move Bristol Citys kick off to Sunday lunchtime.

Was in the cafe by Ashton Gate with my buddies by half 10. Had yummy brekkie and then went and sat in the sunshine outside the pub to wait for kick off.

The jammy Welsh managed to nick a late goal and a point which was annoying, and probably means we wont get in the playoffs now.

Came home did some washing and faffed about til it was time to go to bed.

Had friday off work, did shopping for the rat show, watched ghost whisperer, did housework, generally started getting organised, cleaned the rats who were bring entered and trimmed claws.

Saturday I cooked off the quiches and the sausage rolls which had overtaken my freezer (its so empty now). There were 52 sausage rolls, 25 cheese and bacon quiches and 20 cheese and onion. Nearly forgot to take the bacon out of the freezer.
Finished watching Ghost Whisperer and started on season 2 of Ice Road Truckers, had a 2 hour hot bubblebath.

Sunday I was up at 7:30 making sure I hadn't forgotten any of the show stuff, sorted out my rats and the stuff I needed for them, headed off to get to the show for 9:30 and from then it was all hands on deck.
Got the rats into their show tanks and sorted and then ran the kitchen, mainly cooking bacon rolls and cheese toasties.
At the end there were only 4 cheese and bacon quiches left unsold so I think they were enjoyed. Didn't sell as many bacon rolls as we did last year (possibly because of the quiche availability) so I have about 20 rashers of bacon in the fridge which can't be frozen, has to be eaten and I'm home alone tonight and tomorrow (thinking pasta, bacon, mushrooms, onions and cheese sauce - can do loads and share it with the rats)

Show wise all 4 got good critiques but also Magrat got a couple of certificates - she came 3rd in the Pet class (out of 32) and then 2nd in the doe pet class (out of 9). Its been asked if I wash her in pantene as she is really soft and smells lovely but that is just the way she is :)

I'm not back to work until tomorrow (I had lots of random days leave to use up so lots of long weekends) so today I'm going to finish clearing up the show stuff, watch some more Ice Road Truckers and then I have kick boxing tonight.

Yup great weekend :)

Saturday dug out a bit of the garden for use as a vegetable patch and built a compost box, watched a bit of sport, chilled out then BBQ'd up some nice steaks! Sunday again pottered around in the garden then watched England dispatch the French at rugby :D (Sorry Will :p), followed by a nice roast dinner at my friends house.

V nice indeed! :D

Friday got extremely drunk in town, despite your thoughts to the contrary this doesnt happen often and was very welcome! Got in some time after 3am I think.

Saturday was surprisingly ok, didn't feel too bad so did some pottering about, did the horse, took Sophie to an overnight guide thing and took the other two for a Chinese.

Sunday, moved the horse to a new yard, more pottering, 34-10, made fajitas and went to work, got in at half 6 this morning and had a couple of hours kip. Just off to see horse now, then O2 later for some Snow Patrol goodness :D

Sorry, Will. English rugby has been in the doldrums so long that you'll have to forgive me skipping in circles after a big win.

Saturday was a stay at home day. It decided to absolutely hammer it down almost all of the day apart from a brief hour of gorgeous sunshine. I got on with various little bits and bobs whilst Lana decided to sleep until midday. Cooked up some Pancakes and we settled down with a blanket and watched "Step Up 2: The Streets" which we both enjoy (well.. the dancing anyway, story is a little crap).
Lana disappeared off to read a book so I carried on doing general bits and bobs, working on some PHP code for a twitter app and such like.
Lana fell asleep around 4:30ish and I woke her up at 7 ;D Knocked up a quick meal and we watched "Bulletproof Monk" before deciding to call it quits for the day.

Sunday was up early for playing at church, dealing with a suddenly whiny and generally PITA 5 year old niece who wasn't happy that she wasn't getting her own way and was lying to us in stupid ways "But you told me last night on the phone I could go to Mar Mar's house" (that's what they call Lana's mum), even though Lana hadn't spoken to the niece at all on Saturday.
Headed around to her parents for a chilled afternoon before going on to an English style pub in Kailua where I had an enjoyable, it slightly small, Fish & Chips washed down with a couple of pints o' guinness :)

Settling down this morning to catch up on a few of the Rugby matches from the weekend. England vs France.. wow.

Worked Saturday 9 till about 4am but i don't count it as work, had loads of fun good times, then line cleared with work got drrrunk and had fun with them until half 8 the following morning. Walked home had a Mcdonalds breakfast and 3 extra hash browns (fatty i know) went to bed for about 4 hours got up watched my flatmate (haha) do a half marathon, good for her! Gave her money for her sponsership, probably best not to mention the rugby again ;) then had an amazing date with a fantastic girl i've just met to REALLY top the weekend off. Oooh Just seen your response here Beansprout ;D Didn't realise I had messaged! Hehehehehe!

Another good weekend! It's been sunny and loooverly here!

Yester I spent most of the morning/early afternoon playing with cards and re-learning old shuffle techniques (loving it!!). Then we wall papered the outside (now inside) toilet which went surprisingly well for our first time!! Evening fud = Indian take out:

Lamb Tikka Chaat
Chicken Pathia
Chichen Rogon Josh
Onion Bhajis
Naan
Pilau Rice
Poppadoms

= £15.50

BARGAIN (Thanking the Briggkins and his lovely other half for introducing us to the take out in Exeter!!) Nommed this whilst watching Highlander and drinking Cider (nice healthy evening! Hahaha)!

Today, so far I have played around with the cards again, watched the end of the grand prix, mowed the lawn, chucked some plants into holes and a huuuge climber into a pot, planted some seeds, sorted out veg patch, tidied part of the shed, visited B&Q, painted some coving, played with the dogmeister/done training, done a load of washing and now I'm here :D Back to playing with cards again! Woo woo! Looking forward to a late afternoon walk in the sun with the Trio (although she's zonked from garden excitement at the moment!)

Awesome days in the sun :D

Hoping to make a curry probably Tuesday night so looking forward to that :D

My weekend's mostly consisted of work. :( Spent half of Saturday working on a review then the other half at work which was mental, so I was knackered when I got home about 9ish.
Today I spent the first half of the day finishing the review, got that done about 3.30ish. Now I'm having a couple of hours break playing on the 360 before I sort out dinner and go to work.

On the plus side, as it's been a mental week for me, I'm taking tomorrow and Tuesday off from review duty/other bits and pieces that I do to keep my brain ticking. Got work tomorrow evening but otherwise, doing the bare minimum if I can get away with it :D

My weekend started Thursday as I took the night off. I went out with one of the shifts at work for curry and drinks, had a fab night and stayed out far too late. There were.....shenannigans.
Friday I watched scary films until about midday, then did the horse, had a quiet day which was lovely. There were texts. Sorry Desmo! :embarrassed:
Yesterday I had another quiet one, then went to the cinema last night to watch another scary film. Went for a drink after, got in at 3am again (bloody summer time!) although was driving.
Today took the horse out in the sunshine, now have a knackered shoulder/back as he was very very full of beans. Took the girls to Maldon and had a very long frank talk with MtE....long overdue. I love him to bits when we're like we were today bless 'im. A bit of honesty between the two of us today which can only be a good thing, and I feel lighter.

I'm off tomorrow too, and I'm going to photograph a horse for a friend so she can sell him, in exchange for lunch :)

A good weekend :)

Yesterday I did not much except attempt to break out the Xbox for the first time in what seems like forever (probably about a month), only to discover that the battery in the controller was dead and point blank refused to charge. :/

Today after much plugging and unplugging I got the battery to charge, so I went and broke my shredder instead (actually, it's just getting old - been worked like crazy the last few months and I have yet another big bag full of shredded paper for the binmen to do as they please with tomorrow).

Oh, and I've also been playing with laptops. I've got a Netbook on trial (have to decide whether to keep it or send it back by mid-April). It's up against the old N410c I got last year. In truth, the N410c is old and battered (it shows) and doesn't have wireless or a card reader, but it is better built. Decisions. :/

PS - If I keep the Netbook, the N410c goes up for sale here.

Well I had a really crap week last week, being at home Wednesday, Thursday and Friday with an absolute stinkingly nasty sore throat and a cough that was so bad I was tasting blood.

Saturday was a lot better and we went out to a local carvery with my brother, sister, their partners and mum for her birthday. Which was nice. The carvery was excellent and at just £8/head it was a good deal. Their weekday price is just a fiver so I think we'll be going back.

Today has been taken up by watching the GP and generally just plonking around the house. Mum popped over for a couple of hours this afternoon.

Back to work tomorrow.

I have had a q weekend, Lom is poorly sick so I have been mostly being harassed to bits by the kids. I should have been at work Friday and Saturday night but booked Friday off to go to the Natural History Museum in Oxford with Josh and the rest of his class.

http://img208.imageshack.us/img208/2738/dscf1742.jpg (http://img208.imageshack.us/my.php?image=dscf1742.jpg)

Dinosaurs, awesome! That's Josh examining the toenails of a T-rex!

We (as a group) got kicked out of the museum due to one kid kicking off, going garrity and generally being a pain in the backside. Me and Josh didn't even see/hear this, we were up in the gallery looking at chiggers and bed bugs.

Lom died a bit more on Sat so I stayed off work to look after the kids. Tried to get Lom into the out of hours up at the hospital but there was a 4 hour wait to speak to someone at NHS Direct for an appointment :(

Today we went into town for a bit, Lom upgraded her phone (she's been depserate to do it but too ill to get into the CPW), came home via Morrisons with pizza.

Kids bathed and bedded (except Ella who is being nocturnal tonight). I can has Stella and Morgans Spiced Rum.

The rest of our plans have unfortunately been cut short as our car has broken down and has left us stranded at home :(

Had quite a decent weekend here. Was working Saturday morning which meant getting up much earlier than usual, but thankfully it finished at 12 and I did get a free Easter Egg out of it, so not all bad. Spent most of Saturday relaxing and playing games, then went out to a house party for Lynnie's sisters boyfriend's 30th. Wasn't really expecting much from the night as I only knew about 4 people there, but it turned out to be really good fun, especially when one of the lads brought a Wii and Guitar Hero with him. Cue much trouncing of everyone who had a go against me :D

Sunday was generally nice and relaxed all day, then went around to see my Dad in the evening with Lynnie, then went the hospital to see my baby nephew before he comes home, and spent an hour or two there, with him asleep on me for about 30 mins, which was lovely. He'll be home today hopefully which just rounds off the weekend nicely :D

Another good weekend... and still a day left :D

Friday Night - went out with my previous job colleagues as the girl I joined with was leaving. Played with a bouncing baby, then had pizza, a few desperados and then danced til all came to an end at 2am. Was just three of us at the end in this mini bar/club thingy and despite hating the cattle market scene, it was muchos fun with foo's and such playing and two good mates doing silly dancing :) I may or may not of called a few people on the way home ;)

Saturday - Slightly tired (not hung over! Woo)! Spent most of the day bodging and playing in the garden with doggy, reading my book and playing Fable 2 :) Picky went away for an engagement party so it was bubble baths, norah jones and candles for me in the evening and a couple of ports :)

Sunday - Spent most of the day in the sun with my bean bag and book. When Picky came home we just snuggled and cloud watched :) Fell asleep watching ants build a nest thingy :)

Today = Do not much! Every thing is tidy, I'll take doggy for a walk by the river but that's about it :)

My family currently live in Lanner, nr Redruth but are currently selling up their properties and land in order to buy a joint family home somewhere in the triangle of ~Falmouth-Truro-Prezenbeable (excuse spellings!).

Had a fantastic few days here; Sunday we headed to bath to watch our cousin in the U-15 county rugby cup final (we won!! :D) and did a bit of browsing in the city whilst there, we followed this up with a grand roast dinner at Chateau Jin'gopap and a truly relaxing evening of films, drinkypoos and gaming :D

Today we enjoyed a lie-in of talking rubbish until 10am, then popped up to Bristol to scout out any bargains; we've bought ourselves 2 leather sofas for the lounge (at last- no uncomfortable borrowed conservatory furniture!!) and I've nabbed myself a cheapy new wooden computer desk :)

We're going to share a nacho platter lunch of nachos (duh), guacamole, fresh cut red chilli, tomato salsa, sour creme and garlic creme dips- SMOTHERED IN CHEESE! and have a 'BBQ' at Emma's rents tonight :)

This was me and my mate Dan dressed up at football yesterday.

The skirts are because the summer is coming, and the wigs are in honour of one of our players who is leaving the club. He looks like this

Shame we got beat 4 nil, still we had fun being stupid and messing about all day.

Brilliant weekend, was a mates bday on friday night in town, then on saturday we went to stay with my friends in Chippenham. (First real trip for Rolo ;))

Went to the Bath Thermae baths in the afternoon after randomly bumping into one of Rob's friends in Shakeaway. Then we went for a posh pub nosh for dinner - yum!

Sunday woke up late and friends make roast for us, got back to Rob's and vegged.

Today, we went to Bluewater and I bought a Radley bag and a Dyson with my birthday John Lewis vouchers :D

Don't want to go to work tomoro :(

We had a really nice day today, mum took us to the Sailor Boy at St. Osyth where we had a full roast dinner, followed by spotted dick and ice cream. We then went down to Brightlingsea where I had a paddle and took some photographs which you can see here (http://www.flickr.com/photos/37838783@N08/sets/72157617874222235/).
