Which exercise bike?

Trying to get fit and lose weight. Got one of those mini exercise bikes and it's crap, but I've actually been using it for the last couple of weeks without fail. So I think it's time to take the plung and get something decent.

Got a budget of around £160. Be great if it had pre set programs on that change the resistance. been looking on teh bay and there seems to be a fair amount of choice.

A real one :p? Much more fun, but i'm probably the wrong person to ask. Especially over the summer, riding outside is definitely better than on a silly machine.

It's only fun off-road and I just wouldn't use it. Well maybe once a fortnight or something.
