Petrol station fun :(

Last night I went to my local BP station and got petrol. I went in and paid for my fuel. As I did this the guy was writing down my reg saying that "he would use my reg as a marker when reviewing CCTV to get the other guys plate as the one infront didn't pay for fuel."

I have the receipt and it would be on their CCTV of me walking in and paying but I really wouldn't put it past the swines to try and finger me for it. Any way to know if they have blacklisted my reg? No idea how this would work.

Sounds pretty genuine to me mate. You've got a receipt which I'd now keep in the car for a little while. It's also a local station meaning you can pop in there to sort out any problems should they arise :)
