It was a cartoon of a girl with a magic locket, I am sure she had brown hair big eyes and kind of manga looking. The magic used to change her, maybe give her powers or something, I'm sure its not sailor moon, it was about 89-92 when I used to watch it on video.
any ideas? I watched it over and over and over yet non of my family know arghhhh want to watch it see if my girls like it whatever the bloody thing is!!!!

Could be 'Laputa Castle in the Sky'? She had a blue amulet that would make her float if she was falling at the start but its powers develop with the storyline. Was released in 1984 in Japan so would have been translated and aired over here by then. I too watched it all the time when i was a nipper, got it on DVD and it's still awesome.

Also had a band of sky pirates led by an old lady they all called 'ma'.

IIRC the girls name was Sheeta

Thats one of my son's favourite cartoons, sadly not that :(
I have been searching for this cartoon for years, it was a vid my brother borrowed of his friend and we have asked him and his sisters yet they can't remember either :(

I have nothing but the fondest memories of Bucky'O'Hare, only to find when I rewatched an episode that I used to see myself as that dweeby kid who made the eyeball robot thing.

It was most lame in comparison to what rocked my socks as a child.

Although, Thundercats however still 'pwns' :D

Dogtanian rocks!!!

As did "The raccoons" and "The Get Along gang"

I defy anyone to listen to this video and then not get it stuck in their heads!

I had a weird love/hate thing with the Raccoons, for a while as a kid I didn't like it but I did enjoy it in the end. And now I have fond memories of it ;D

Used to watch the Marvel Action Hour with Iron Man and the Fantastic Four too, that was brilliant :D
