Well it made me laugh! Pupils in a school in America decided it would be funny to rearrange all their classroom furniture on the roof of their buildings.

I might try and get the kids to do this tomorrow, anyone else get up to any pranks at school?
Last year the 6th formers when they were leaving got hold of 5 pigs, they numbered them 1, 2, 3, 4, and 6 and then set them free in the school surroundings. The five were rounded up eventually, but then staff spent hours searching for "Pig number 5" - who of course didnt exist! ;D

absolute genius!!! The future is bright if these 6th formers are part of it! :D

Nothing quite as ingenious as that :) Our headmaster always used to like to stand in front of a lectern when addressing an assembly, and a group of boys kidnapped it in the last week of the last year and took pictures of it sat in various locations around the school catchment area. It got returned during the last assembly wearing a school tie. Well, it made us laugh.
Our gym teacher owned an original Volkswagen Beetle.
During a basketball game we used one of the guy's trucks that had a winch to pull said Beetle up on top of the gymnasium roof.
Game lets out and we're all trying not to snicker too loud as he comes out after locking up. He looks around for his car only to have someone point to it on the roof with the headlights shining down at him.
When he finally managed to get some help to bring it down, they let it down rear end first. The muffler tips were the first thing to contact and got shoved hard into the exhaust manifold. We all felt like total crap so we immediately contacted every shop in town that could do exhaust work and told them to shun him whatever way they could.
A week later a bright shiny Monza stinger exhaust system mysteriously appeared already installed on the back of his prize possession. He discontinued the search for the culprits after we fixed what went wrong. I'm pretty sure he knew who did it just had no proof.
We stuck some furniture onto the roof. We didn't quite think it through and it was crappy ceiling tiles and they ended up collapsing. I don't think the kids are allowed back in the common room even now and that was 3 years ago! :)
That numbering thing is so old, why are they not wise to it by now?
^ well I've NEVER heard of it! Obviously, if you don't know about it, you can't be wise to it. So I guess they don't know about it. :)

I'd heard of it too but I guess they really can't just assume there was no 5 :D

The year before I left, they painted a HUGE CND logo on the playing field.
And someone painted "BALLS" on top of the swimming pool hut!
