View Full Version : Biscuits and military ranks?

Inspired by a conversation in the office.

We all agreed that the HobNob is the SAS of biscuits but couldn’t decide how other biscuits should be ranked or graded.

The Digestive obviously comes pretty high - Perhaps it's a Paratrooper and we think the Rich Tea is quite low, maybe it's the Navy (because it keeps getting dunked).

So please help us out with this!

Pink wafer - "Don't ask, don't tell" ;D

Cadbury's Finger - Splinter Cell

Shortbread - Scots Guards

I think the Gingernut has to be the Grunt of biscuits. I don't know why it just seems appropriate. The backbone of the biscuit army in a way.

Custard Cream - Foreign Legion :D

Fig Roll - Frogman

Breakaway - 'AWOL'

Fox's classic is a Captain. Sufficiently high ranking but not quite enough to overtake the old faithful.

I think pink wafer is the chaplain. Not a real soldier per se, but important non the less.

Fig rolls are the RSM. Both give you the ****s :D
