Going to make some bread today, but feel like making something a bit different, other than cottage loaf or French sticks.

Only got the usual cupboard supplies though, any ideas?

Hey guys does any one know of a type of bread or even better a recipe for some flat bread perfect for filling and rolling into a kebab. Other than the usual pita/nan

What about a Turkish bread? It's wide and flat-ish, about 3cm thick and as big as the baking tray. They stuff it with meat, pickles and salad in Turkey, not like our kebabs at all.
