Running on Isuzu rubber with tubes so inflating deflating will be no probs & you don't have to worry about rolling them off the beads.

Snorkel was done by a mate of mine whose attention to detail is extreme so I know that will be sweet.

Rear axle off a 300 TDi so it has discs on the back.

Franks cage fits in Perfectly so now he can go in the cage & I can still open the back door & leave the windows open etc without any problems.

I've wedged it with wood so it can't move about, Well chuffed with this as it means me lad can go more places with me.

The Hot seat, 3 seats up front which is great as there is Plenty of room for two & a spare seat in the middle for me bits & bobs.

Nice responce to me new vehicle I must say which pleases me.

Insurance was 239 quid for the year so a straight swap over from the Camper. 6 Months tax is sorted so once I've had a bit of brekky a tea & a smoke I'm off out for a roustabout.

I must say, you do have a knack for finding old motors in tip-top condition. Looks sound.

Cheers Dude.
Been up the lanes in her & I am in Love. Far to dry at the mo so I'll be practising ancient Indian rain dances all afternoon.
Bought myself a set of alloys as well & have arranged for the big tyre swap & wheel change over down at my mates tyre & exhaust place in the morning.
Yer Baby !!!

Looks sweet! Great that Frank can fit too :D

I grew up with a 1958 SWB Landy in army green with a full soft top. I loved it. I blame that for my interest in cars because my dad spent most of his time rebuilding it.

COOL!!! Love it Malc :D

I've always had a soft spot for 90's. We had a LWB Series III when I was little and then a 110, which my brother wrote off shortly after passing his driving test. After that my parents went for "luxury" and bought a Discovery followed by a Freelander, but I always preferred the proper Landys myself. My bro has an ex-military lightweight, which he fully restored before he learnt to drive. However, it's been rotting for 15 years on the driveway and all the good work he did has completely gone to waste :(

Enjoy her anyway :D
