Right I'm not sure where Aitch stands with her mobile contract maybe someone can clarify.
A while ago Aitch got a call from Orange offering to upgrade her phone free of charge and said yes and they sent her a phone telling her she had to put the new SIM in it to activate it. Since then its been sat in the cellar whilst she used her old phone, probably two months since it was delivered. We never put the SIM in!
Now I think that they sent her the phone to tie her into another contract but she can't remember them telling her that, shes a busy woman and phones aren't really a priority for her. My question is, if we didn't put the SIM in then did we actually accept the new contract?
I'm trying to get her to use the iPhone, something like that would be ideal for her because of her using the train and underground all the time and also because her internet is locked down pretty tightly at work :(
