Help in tracing someone through vague(ish) details

Ive been ripped off on another forum :angry: and what makes it worse is its a little 'yoof' who thinks he can hide behind a PC.
I have some details....just wondered if there are any internet detectives who faniced a go at getting further than I did....
I suck :'(
(its a 15m kite if anyone is interested! and yes...its 15m not 1.5 ;) I like the big ones!!)

Ooooh no, I received it, but its not in the 'as new' and 'mint' condition its described as being in :angry:
Though hes agreed to pay the repair costs, now its in for repair hes not answering mails/pm's (although hes been online) so I want to attempt getting a few more details, then send him a recorded delivery letter and / or pay him a little visit ;) (all above board of course :) )

Bnak sort code will give you address/location of the bank, you know generally where he lives, hopefully he's not got a common name, trawl through the local Electoral Registers. For a start?
