I picked up a new bike a few weeks ago, thought you lot might want a gander.

Pleased is not the word, rides absolutely lovely, even with the standard can on it sounds all sorts of glorious. The looks it gets from everyone are awesome.

I can't believe how immaculate it is aside from where it fell over once a while back, because of the AWFUL stock sidestand (now replaced with a much better CBR1000RR stand that fits). That'll cost not a lot to repair, one or two marks and a couple of scratches.

I wub her :D

I don't think I'll keep it that long though, probably a year or 18 months. I commute, ride around town, go to the shops, pick up my girlfriend, and go for rides with her. This'un's not the best for that! I love it to bits but it will have to move aside for something sensible again sooner or later.

There's got to be someone on here who could take you out on one, surely?

Yummy! I've always had a soft spot for Mille's, well, Italian bikes in general since the first bike I rode was an RS250. Italian, 250, 2 stroke = MASSIVE win.

How are you finding the thumping twin mate? Are you addicted yet?

Must admit, I'd find it hard to go back to a four now.

Mmmm it's nice. Boss at work had one and I can confirm the sidestand is rubbish. I thought it was going to bend and snap off when I went to move it.

Fast?

Definitely :D

I've only done about 350 miles so far, and it's my first bike that's focused like this, so I'm getting used to it but it's taking some time. Chicken strips are massive still :D
