Well, certainly no prizes for guessing what it is.....

However, it is a little bit more special for me as it is a Supercharger.
We were called the other night by a local owner, we get these calls all the time as we are well known in the area for having lots of MR2's and contacts! He was selling his car because he had just had HGF and no time to fix it.
Having replaced the HG on the engine Phil fitted to the race car, he wasn't phased by this and thought we could get this car for a good price. It's not in the slightest bit in good nick, although it's not falling apart either. We paid £150 more than we did for the engine that we put in the track car, so that's £150 for a shell then :D it's got some nice bits too, adjustable suspension, uprated brakes, stainless exhaust, induction kit. It was built for driving, not showing, which is great as it's how I prefer a car to be!
We picked it up on Sunday - on a trailer!

And Phil pretty much started work on it straight away. What makes it now even more bargainastic, is that we don't think the HG has gone. Once the coolant pipes and cap were cleaned out, the car was run to temperature with no scary things happening. Unfortunately as we were packing away, we discovered that we had a coolant leak, again a contributing factor to making someone think that the HG had gone. So plans are to fix this of course, then I need an MOT, and I might be able to have a Supercharger!!!
So, if anyone wants to buy an MR2, my na is up for sale.
