Does anyone know what this is?

I have asked my printers to send me back some artwork as they were going to charge us £600 to add on an address to a document :/

The doc was probably created in Quark or InDesign, but have never seen this file ext before - does anyone know if its editable and if so in what program?

Many thanks

Filext (http://filext.com/file-extension/sitx) says it's a StuffIt compressed file - you can get StuffIt expanders for Windows, no need to go over to the dark side :)

She might have trouble editing a mac created doc, editing on windows and resaving - used to cause me no end of problems when working on the newspaper!

We kind of already are ;) but they don't own these files so there's no reason he can't supply them.
