View Full Version : My turn for new glass
Well this morning I met a very nice chap in a car park and traded my 70-200 F4 IS for his 70-200 F2.8 IS :)
Of course the weather has no turned to utter ****e so dunno when I'll be able to get out and about with it. Tis rather heavy! :)
Now have 2/3rds of my dream lens line-up (10-22 & 70-200), just need the 24-70 F2.8 to fill in the gap but got a feeling that'll be a while off now.

Nice :)
That's close to my want list for lenses except I've decided I'd prefer the Tokina 11-16mm f/2.8 instead of the 10-22mm - it's had good reviews and the wide aperture appeals.
It'd leave a small gap from 16mm - 24mm but I think I could live with that.
Let us know how you get on with it when you get a chance to use it.
Well been out for a bit of a play and loving it to death so far :)
A few snaps, all at f/2.8:
