Can you help me find a movie/tv series?

I think I only ever saw the preview to this a few years back and I'm pretty certain it was for a regular American film.

The premise was that the planets aligned giving one guy an amazing amount of luck. Such that the FBI or something started to keep track of him.

He kept evading them, but I'm not sure if they caught him in the end.

Does anybody know what it is please?

Was a fab series along those lines, but they cancelled it at the end of season 1

I remember Journeyman, but it wasn't that. It was from a few years earlier on I think. :)
