View Full Version : iPhone : Iphone Cover
I need a new cover as mine looks awful. I'd also prefer one that came with a screen protector...although not sure that I need one as mine is fine!
Any tips? I'd like it to be as low profile as possible.
Covers are very much a personal choice. Some perfer their phones to be naked, some wouldn't be without.
Currently got a SwitchEasy CapsuleNeo on mine. Only criticisms I have is that the back isn't quite as snug as I'd like, and I really need some more dock adapters so I don't have to keep moving the one they supply around, but it's saved my phone from one drop already.
I'm tempted about going naked, we'll see though.
I, and a few on here, have a cover from www.gelaskins.com. No need for a screen protector IMO - I've had mine over a year now and doesn't even have those tiny surface scrtaches that most phones get. The screens really are awesome on the iPhone.
gelaskin or an incipio cover imo.
i've got a red incipio from ebay and it rocks :D
How long do they last?

Nekkid !!! ;D
I'll keep the Capsule, but I'm thinking of pulling the protector. It's an absolutely terrible gunk magnet - one touch and it looks awful. They can make oleophobic screens now, so why not the same with protectors.
well i've had my incipio cover since i got my phone in july and its as good as new (apart from the fact the colour got a bit dark after i had it in the pocket of a new pair of trousers!)
these things wont change unless you drop it i reckon - pretty solid plastic (but light-weight) so it'll last
oh, and the other bonus is it keeps the back of the phone looking brand new ;D
Nekkid !!! ;D
wait til you drop it, you'll change your mind then!
Rob, ask Emma if you can see hers, she has one of those really clear thin ones, looks pretty good :)
Incipio Feather for me too :)
Low profile and comes with a screen protector if you want to use it. Isn't going to offer massive amounts of drop protection but will certainly give scratch protection. Costs about £12 too so pretty cheap as well.

I just use a Gelaskin, same as Belmit. Yes it doesn't offer me drop protection, but I much prefer the way it looks without a full cover so I just try to make sure I'm extra careful with it.
