View Full Version : Name My Car!

Dee

Some of you may have heard my trusty little Golf failed her MOT on an epic scale last week, rather than stump up more than the car was worth in repair bills, I decided to move on :(

No pics of my new car yet, cos the weather is crap, but I am now the proud owner of a gorgeous little Silver Puma :D

The reg plate is TKJ, anyone have any ideas what I can call her? The Golf was LMB, so I called her Lamb :D

Best suggestion gets a Christmas cookie. Srsly.

Yeeeeah, Knips is still winning ;D

Ok, it doesnt have to be initials, something similar to Lamb (as in LMB) would be ok :D

From the Flintstones - we've already had a Barney, now Betty should have Wilma :)

Best I can do is Tokyo Joe. It's a 1949 fillum starring Humphrey Bogart :)

Pumas are good cars. Attractive, handle well and fun on the back roads. Enjoy it! :D

Jingo
22-11-2009, 22:29
The car should be aptly named "Jizz" :D

On that subject Jingo...I'v had a worrying thought...

'Kids and grown ups loves it so...the happy world of haribo!'

Worrying. Very worrying.

Titanium Kool Jaguar

Jools (after Jools Holland)

I name my cars after the first female to text me after I have bought it. Hence Sarah, Janet and Lynne (prior to that I didn't have a mobile, thats how long I keep cars lol)

The only problem with calling your car Penny is that Penny Crayon was a ****. It was on the news and everything. How about Newman? 'Here in my car....'

Dee
23-11-2009, 13:58
How about after a different cartoon character then?

Liking the Newman thing though, but isnt it spelt Numan? :D

:D say what you see!

My alternative is that Daz buys you a personalised numberplate for Christmas:

https://secure.r4v.co.uk/buy.php?r=T800+DEE

or http://www.make-your-own.co.uk/makeaplate.php?Prefix=D&regnums=ANY&alphas=DEE&Submit=%3C%3C%3C%3C+Check+IT+Here%21+%3E%3E%3E%3E
