Happens tomorrow, is anyone planning on seeing what deals they have?

Might see what deal they do on Ipod's tomorrow, just in case they cut them by any decent kind of amount.

Discounts in Aus and New Zealand have been 4.5% and 6% on the two iPod nanos, 9-10% on all iPod Touch models, 8% on the AppleTV and around US$120 on iMacs and Macbooks.

Don't expect huge discounts though, the student discount scheme is better for the actual computers.

I'm looking to get Mrs. Feek a nano at Christmas but sadly I can't afford it until I get paid so I won't be able to take advantage of this :(

Sorry im crap with percentages, so 6% off a £135 ipod nano, would mean it would have like 18 quid off?

Pah not worth it then. I dont wanna pay much more than £110ish, and I would prefer the 16gig one

If you're crap with percentage dolls, just remember 10 = % 10.

So, 135.00 - 10 per cent would be £13.50 - so 6% is almost half again :)

Little tip that always helps me out!

Nano is now £108/£118 and then another 3.5% via Quidco.

Magic Mouse isn't discounted at all.

I played with a Magic Mouse yesterday, far too small for me.

Have you used one? Definitely try before you buy. For me at least Apple have missed the boat and produced another crap mouse - it's far, far too small and flat for me to be able to use.

Hmm, I already get 14% off on educational discount. I wonder if they apply both...

Edit: Nope! Even though it says 'students save more today' it doesn't seem to apply the Friday discount, just the regular one AFAICS.

Doesn't surprise me. Quidco doesn't apply to the student deals either.

cheers guys, i'll forget about it then. I despise small/flat mice - it needs to 'fit' in my hand, not sit under it!

I had heard good things about it recently, but all from apple fans i guess. I'll stick with my Microsoft mouse!
