It really wasn't all that cold. Our street is quite sheltered so there wasn't any wind to speak of and I was only out long enough to take the photo (twice actually since the flash didn't fire first time around). No wind + beer = warm (note the lack of erect nipples).

Since I started living South and working in Egypt, I have softened up a bit but I was born and raised in Shetland - the cold doesn't bother me in the same way it does most people.
