I would be worried about living in the other blocks because this is not going according to plan:

First, the apartment building was constructed:

Then the plan called for an underground garage to be dug out. The excavated soil was piled up on the other side of the building:

Heavy rains resulted in water seeping into the ground:

The building began to shift and the hollow concrete pilings were snapped due to the uneven lateral pressures:

there was a vid of one of these going around last week which showed it being demolished and instead of dropping down, split in half then one half fell apart. :/ Might have been on here, I can't remember!

Absolutely amazing it's stayed relatively intact - you would have thought it would have disintegrated on impact :cool:
