Which company was this?

There was a company a few years ago who did an advertising campaign which basically said "we're sorry, we mucked up and forgot our main customers.. We're sorry"..

Can anyone remember who? I've googled but am failing :'(

The only advert I can think of that did anything like that was Nationwide. But it wasn't a 'sorry we forgot' more of a pushing 'our offers are for all customers not just new ones' type of message. So you probably don't mean that... I'm no help at all!! :)

Wasn't it Orange? That sounds exactly like what they did.

There was one recently when M and S were charging women more for bra's if they had a bigger cup size.

They said sorry as well.
