Was on the phone to vodafone this morning to negotiate dropping some of my free minutes to get mobile internet but without shifting on the monthly cost. Please to say that I now have mobile internet but am 300 minutes lighter - not that I needed them anyway. (was £25/m for 900 minutes & unlimited text, now £25/m for 600 minutes, unlimited texts and mobile internet)

At the time I asked what would be my likely upgrade path to the iPhone come June when my contract ends, 3GS £89 plus a £35/m tarrif or a 3G for free.

Just had a call from vodafone asking was I still interested in the iPhone, I said yes but that I couldn't do anything until June really when my contract ends.. he said oh the 4G will be out by then.. I have been waiting for apple to announce a new iPhone, but nothing yet so off I went for a google and found lots of speculation and design concepts.

That first image has been around for a few years. I've always prefered that design :(

Nah he doesnt have a clue! if there was the slightest inkling of an iPhone iWeb 4GMax it would be all over the internets in a fit of tried and tested apple rumors!

I'm fully expecting an iPhone 4 of some description. I'm not sure they'd call it 4G given the only network in the US capable of actual 4G currently is Sprint (or Clear on their WIMAX but they're not a telco), rather than AT&T whom Apple are currently tied to.
You know June time is going to see the next hardware refresh as it happens like clockwork every year.

I fully expect a new model iPhone to be out around June/July and I fully expect that I'll get one on launch day!

... and I don't expect it to look like that :D

To me...that looks SO much like my HD2, but then im not a avid follower of gadgets these days!
