I've just grabbed the combo and had decent download speeds unlike when 10.6.2 was released and it took hours to download.

I'd be very interested if anyone does an Xbench before and after, specifically the OpenGL settings. Both my MBP and Mac Mini reported significant speed increases after the 10.6.3 update. I can't comment on the Mac Pro because I didn't check before.
