View Full Version : Weird forum glitch
If you do an in-line edit to your reply to a post, the option for submit is currently being labelled "vote now"! Switch to advanced and it's fine.
edit: Wha... 'cept it's not doing it to me as I edit this post now. It's done it a number of times for me though recently.
I have options 'Save', 'Go Advanced', 'Delete', and 'Cancel' under my inline edits. Can't say I've ever noticed anything different, but then I rarely look.
Must just be some bonkers JavaScript problem at your end. Ctrl-F5. :)
It's not every time, but it's sometimes, under both firefox and chrome. Very strange.

It's a known bug with vB... has been like it since they introduced inline editing :(
Aye, I think Leo used to get it sometimes but not sure if he still does.
I've been getting it (fnar) since BD started. Think Leo had to send Daz a screenshot because he didn't believe him and MB said it was 'cos were were using a Mac. Used to happen on the ibook all the time and still happens to me now and again (think it happened on Wednesday night, twice). It's not consistent though and as you say, go to advanced and it's all ok :)
As usual, Mac's in there a good few years earlier ;D

Just got the same bug... It was weird!
Oh, and last night when posting from my iPhone, when I hit submit on the post the forum told me that "if you have selected to include a poll, you will be taken to this option".
noice.
As usual, Mac's in there a good few years earlier ;D
Yep, having problems well before Windows boxes :D
