I'm doing this, i've wanted to cook a few cuts sous vide before just to see what the fuss is about but not happy about spending hundreds of £££'s on cross between a kettle and deep fat fryer... And in coming years i imagine these will be going for £30 like the deep fat fryers you see in tesco :) But for now i'm off to but a cooler :p And maybe even a vacuum sealer because they actually don't cost all that much :)
