Xbox achievements transfer

Apologies but my google powers are failing me :(

Up in Manc I have an offline xbox that I am earning loads of achievements on. If I save all my games to the memory card can I transfer those achievements onto my xbox at home (and the online profile)?

I *think* you either have to

a) transfer the gamertag to the memory card, and boot it up on the online one
or b) the easier option is to just take the other xbox home with you and connect it, which I think will be safer to as it'll prevent the risk of loosing it all.

As long as it's on your profile you're fine. The only problem will be if you boot up your XBox360 on the one at home first without loading your profile from your offline one. If you do that you'll lose all your achievements. You need to sign in with the one with the achievements on it before the one without.

As Chris said, take your Xbox from Manchester, home and then sign in (online) and you'll get them all :).
