They all make you look twice, but this one does that more than most.

Hahaha I wonder what work/schools are doing to block this :p They can't really block google ;D
The geek in me is very impressed that the whole thing (well, almost) is written in JavaScript. I say almost because the sounds are done using Flash, but that's all.
There's the odd bug or two in it though - sometimes the ghosts go in endless circles, and I've walked right through a ghost at least twice. Still, great fun and kudos to Google (and HP, I think) for doing it. :)

Apparently they deliberately re-created the bugs from the original game. Not sure quite what fits into the list, but I've walked through ghosts a few times too.

Gutted.
Got to 53,000 then the doorbell went. :(
So it's another day, and the doodle is gone. :(
But all is not lost. Insert Coin (http://www.ouroboros.me.uk/Google/Pacman.htm) (sorry, no Mute button on this version).
Had a quick play yesterday :)
Meanwhile how about this for a google map :)

The Pac-Man game Google put on its home page gobbled up almost five million hours of work time, suggests a study.

I feel like a cat that's easily amused by a laser pointer. Honestly I spent far too long playing with the 'Google' today :o:)
Can't see it here :( Just the regular coloured homepage.
That's really good! What's it for (apart from fun)?

Mine at work wouldnt do it either, in spite of me manually typing in the address. Works fine at home though. Very clever. :)
I ended up playing around isolating one of the balls then playing "keepy uppy" stopping it going back to the others :p
Bizarre!
What's that all about then? :dunno:
Is it Google's birthday or something?
Search is 8 years old I think.

I'm waiting for the first google in 6 inch heels :)
I'm sorry, these are starting to get annoying :/
Google Instant? Yeah, gone here too. It's fine for the odd search but when you start getting techie with it, it just gets in the way.
Loving the Edison thing today, the letter G is sending G in Morse code!
Did anyone see the fourty thousand leagues one the other day - you had a little controller and could navigate around under the sea! :D
Yeah I played around with the Jules Verne submarine thingy too :)

Really cool one today :)
My favourite quote is :
"For scientific leadership, give me Scott; for swift and efficient travel, Amundsen; but when you are in a hopeless situation, when there seems to be no way out, get on your knees and pray for Shackleton."
That's cool. I love quotes.
