...is a muppet that needs to pay attention to where the ball is...

The fourth official should've gone to specsavers...

45 minutes to see if this travesty can be rectified!

Hooray we lost! Might get some peace now all the shaved head drunk thugs don't have any reason to be out "celebrating" and fighting.

Normality returns (both the result and the consequences).

That said, had we done better in the group stages we'd have been playing Ghana, and then Uruguay. Instead we got Germany. No guarantees obviously but reaping what we sow, etc...

Clearly the ball was in.

However we played pathetically and deserved exactly what we got. Players were all over the place while Germany's had much better discipline about them and could actually keep to their formation.

I now have hardly any voice left from shouting at the TV ;D

At least the rest of the World Cup will be less stressful and I can just enjoy the other matches I guess :D

Woeful.

I mean England and not the refereeing.

Ze Germans were all over us.

I watched the match whilst sitting at Munich Airport waiting for a flight home. Even ze Germanz I was sitting near said that was clearly a goal. Oh well.

I was hoping for a repeat of the last England vs. Germany match I watched in Munich - the 5-1 win in September 2001.

I saw earlier this week FIFA head was making the usual "we'll discuss goal-line technology at the next board meeting" crap. Almost word for word the same phrasing used the last dozen times or so that I've heard (and I don't pay that much attention to football).

So that'll be not happening then, or if it does the price of bacon will probably go up.
