1 and 3 are fantastic!! There is something absent in 2 though - can't quite put my finger on it...

I think 3 is my fav :) Nice shots.

yeah the last one is the nicest, 2nd is the worst. I think its the colour in the 2nd shot, just doesn't look as appealing.

Taking the last one as a starting point, obviously it's quite a bright scene, but to get it looking better, I'd try and get it darker. I can see you've edited them, so maybe have a play around, but I think the sky should be black, and the light on the bus is too bright.

Been a long time since I've shot any long exposure type stuff or night shots, but have a play around. You can get some crazy stuff.
I managed this with a film camera; http://www.flickr.com/photos/markwalker/2320336375/in/set-72157603830617658/

Spying on SIS, eh? Surprised you didn't get stopped by an officer of the law for that. Or maybe they're getting the message that most togs aren't actually terrorists.

#1: Perhaps would have benefited if you'd turned the camera a little more to the left, but effective nonetheless given that you've got one line of traffic in reasonable focus.

#2: Think about composition with this one. The street light up the middle is a distraction and could probably have been avoided. Remember that you can move to get the best shot.

#3: Very nice try but as said, it's a touch overexposed. Also not sure if the focal point is meant to be the bus.

I think the second shot would have looked better if you had moved to the left, having the post on the right of the shot and the building to the left.

Love the third shot, just need to adjust for the over exposure on the bus and make the sky a bit darker.
