It's at the Hawk Conservancy in Andover for now, whilst we try and locate it's owner. It has a ring, so it would appear to belong to somebody, it just depends if they lost it or decided they couldn't afford it and let it go, which happens more than you'd expect apparently.

A cute one?

Grumpy and slightly aggressive would be better words :p

That looks like a baby eagle owl to me. Is he saying "WHOOOOOOOOOO"? They do that when they're a bit narked.
