Hi,

I need to send my Palm Pre into O2 for repair and that can take up to 2 weeks for it to be processed and returned. The man in the O2 shop told me I'll get some Nokia 2 series lend which he said I'm lucky I even get a colour screen :(

I've figured this is the perfect time to try out an iPhone or even get one permanently so does anyone have a 3GS they want rid of?

Doesn't surprise me ;D

Don't get me wrong it's not a bad phone I just don't want to have to use that stupid nokia phone for 2 weeks :)

Have text him, got a slight feeling it might just be a 3G though.

Edit. Yup its a 3G sorry. He's about to bung it off to envirophone who are giving him £120 quid for it. Unless you want it. I said I was seeing you this weekend?

Thanks Marie, I think I'll wait and see what I can get a 3GS for :)

You could go into Apple... I think they have a 14 day no quibbles return policy? ;)

A little OT, but In december my "mute" switch started playing up. When in "mute" mode, just lightly touching the toggle switch made the phone vibrate.

Over the weekend I popped into apple, and they replaced it no quibbles! I now have a nice shiny new 3GS. I swear the screen is more vivd than my old 3GS, and it seems to sync much better with my laptop!
Happy Days!!

:D

Quite a common fault, that. Or at least I've heard several other reports of the same fault.

Of course, new > old, that's it! :)
