I tell you what... if you had balls big enough to drive cars like that, at speeds like that, and risk crashes like that... I'm surprised there's enough room left to actually get in the car!

Looks like a hell of a lot of fun.

I should get someone to film me the next time I take the Willys wheeling. Considering there's no seat belts, no air bags, it's got 4 wheel drum brakes with no power assist, no power assist steering, 4" higher than stock springs, 3" larger than stock tyres and there's probably only 30 of the original 65bhp left and I take it up mountain sides.

Oh, and don't forget original wiring that's 57 years old this year... :)
Hell, I just thought about it, there's only 9 wires under the bonnet.

Any adrenalin junkies want the **** scared out of them?

That's pretty cool, some impressive sliding going on there although I think it's the music and voiceover that really makes it for me. At a guess was that track where the National Sports Centre now is as there doesn't seem enough space round Crystal Palace for it to be anywhere else?

Most of the track looks to be walking paths now. Google Earth coordinates 28°25′7″N 81°34′52″W

Cheers. That's pretty much what I figured as I live about a mile away from Crystal Palace now and couldn't think where else it would be.

Walking past Crystal Palace Park today and there's signs up for motorsport back there at some point relatively soon, I need to take a proper look to see exactly what's on offer but it looks like it might be some old single seaters amongst other things.

It's Motorsport at the Palace (http://www.motorsportatthepalace.co.uk/), seems to be a variety of classic cars going for the fastest lap on the 29th and 30th May.

That was a really good event last year. I highly recommend it!
