I have absolutely no idea what's going on there, it's rather lucky the guy didn't get any further into the car before it took off. I also don't know why he was trying to run along and hold it up though, that could have been rather nasty for him.

Possibly a guy used to a manual drivingan auto. Maybe he gets confused and stamps on a pedal thinking it does something else. Without sound it's difficult to work out. Maybe he was being a knob, revving it up and then slipped it into drive while the car was still revving highly... who knows!

This is why you NEVER drive a vehicle onto something like that. ALWAYS use the winch on the truck.
