What have BMW done to the 1 series?

OK, not many people like the current 1 but I quite like it myself...but what the fook have they done with this update?

It just mings. There's nothing really wrong with each individual part or section but they just don't work together at all, it looks like some kind of odd bins special.

Lol you won't see me buying one because of how they make them look so weird! The only BMW I have ever liked it is the 3 series 98-06 model. All went downhill from there for me :p

I now assume that a modern car will be ugly until proved otherwise.

Trying to think of a car that was launched in the last year that I would consider pretty. Aston Martin Rapide is the only one I can think of at the moment.
