Really didn't want to do this but I upgraded prematurely for a wedding next month as I wanted to do the best job possible, but since then I've lost my job and halifax is calling in my student overdraft 2 months before I thought they would. I have it all covered but it's pointless having money tied up in kit when it's not getting used as much.

Thought I'd post on here before anywhere else in case anyone wanted an upgrade/change of kit, if it is allowed. If it isn't please just close the thread. Will be posting on TP/OcUK eventually.

Canon 40d: £380 posted.
Would have been spotless but travelling through luton airport in a small bag has left a mark around the "iso" button, otherwise spotless. Less than 10k shots on the shutter (about 8k). The neck strap is included but I wore it around my wrist, so looks very worn, can substitute for a 5dII strap if required.
Camera is fully boxed with battery, cables, manuals etc, 3rd party brand new Energizer battery also included.

Tamron 17-50mm f2.8 XR Di ll LD Aspherical (IF): £240 posted.
Boxed incl paperwork, caps etc. Looks great and fantastic to use. Will include green label'ed hoya UV filter and Circ.Pol filter. (UV filter external thread is damaged and won't accept another filter in front of it, was like this when I bought it)

Sigma 10-20mm f/4-5.6 EX DC HSM Lens: £280 posted.
Been very happy with this lens, externally it's starting to show its age but the paint is still all there, optics are great. Boxed, pouch, hood etc all included and will also include Hoya pro1 UV filter. It's currently attached to a sheet of green welding glass used for long exposures which I can also include.

I've owned this kit all second hand from forums for a couple of years now and really don't want to sell, I'm willing to listen to sensible offers especially towards multiple items. I'll try and get some shots of the kit up later and happy to provide sample photos either of test subjects or "on the job" shooting on request.

Kitten, I loved my 10-20mm, only reason I sold it was because I wasnt getting much use out of it :(

Steeps, I am going to provisionally reserve the 40D and the Tamron. I am heading out now until later tonight, so Ill have a proper think and let you know if thats ok? :)

That's fine, wasn't expecting there to be interest so fast so I've not posted anywhere else (apart from FB) :)

I agree with the comment about the sigma, it's not something I use for "everyday" shooting but it's great fun to use when you just want to have some fun with composition/a large field of view. I'd love to keep hold of it all but funds could be needed elsewhere soon.

I think I could get some interesting wedding shots with it. I have my kitbag pretty much sorted except for a wider lens.

Sorry, I appreciate the offer already and I know the price suggested was to give haggling room. I'm not normally someone who sells stuff (got about 3 pc's in the attic still) so I'm going to hold off talking price until I get some pictures up so at least you know exactly what it's like and so we're both happy with the prices.

Edit: pictures taken and boxed all the kit to make sure I know what exactly is around, I'll upload the pictures tomorrow to show the conditions etc.
