Spicy but sane burger!

Inspired by that insanity burger I thought I would have a go at a burger.

So, beef & pork burgers using pork & chilli sausage meat.

Blended up half an onion, all the chillies (seeds out), tomatoes & hot sauce.

Blended some of that salsa/sauce in & stuffed Stilton in to the middle of the burgers (best idea ever).

Fried leftover salsa/sauce stuff with other half of the onion & mushrooms.

I've started liking gherkins.

I think gherkins is one of this ingrained hatred a bit like peas. Where theres a critical mass of "haters" that people hate it without even trying.

I ADORE gerkhins & pretty much any pickled veg.,Got some in buttered vinegar in the US, omg, amazing.

I absolutely LOVE Gherkins too! Whenever I go to subway I always get shedloads put on :D everyone thinks I am mad, the guy just looks at me as I keep saying more please!!

On the rare occasions I have a Big Mac I will pick the gherkins out... but eat them first as an amuse bouche. :D
