Has anyone come across suspension training before? For me this could be perfect to continue building. A lot of movements I find hard due to being off balance. However with this bad boy hooked over the door all was well
So..... TRX seem to be the market leaders, but by christ they know how to charge
This is an alternative I've seen. Anyone have any thoughts on this?

Next part of my cunning plan is to get a runners weight jacket thing. I'm never going to run with it, purely I will use it to hold weights on my torso without them moving about. With this in mind are all vests equal or are some better?

Bit odd suggestions but my trainer is loving the challenge of finding different ways from the norm to train :) Paying off so far.
The evil rower stands at 9:20, level 10 2000m on a concept 2. I'll crack 9min very soon! Actually, I did 4500m on that thing tonight, no wonder I'm tired.
