So I set myself a challenge, to get down to a lean 12 stone (168lbs) by the next match. Its 10 days away now and I am sitting on a 12 stone 9/10 lbs which is carrying more BF than I would like.
I need tips, motivation, and anything you can throw at me. I will weigh myself on the morning of my race next week and then start my physique training for the reminder of the year. Bring back the obliques! The six pack is well on its way & needs his friends!
10lb in 10 days is certainly going some and I don't think I'd recommend it to be honest. 2-3lb a week is a decent and healthy amount and more sustainable.
Tips? Watch what you eat and move about lots :D
Before and after pics needed :p

I once did a stone in 4 days when on my DoE gold expedition.
I'd recommend a ridiculous amount of walking/running every day and eating Wayfarer meals;

Wow! I knew there was something I forgot to do! I took the after pic then didn't upload it until today for some reason, but I unfortunately went to Ibiza in July and ruined my work, back to 12st 9lbs. Here's the photo http://www.flickr.com/photos/camerajuan/10268421104/
I'm back down to 12st 4lbs now, and have just started a Personal Training course to get out of the office monkey rut that I'm trapped in, so fingers crossed I'll be below 12st soon. Winter training has begun and I need to be as light as possible to get through some of my sessions this year!
