If I delete someone, do they know? And can they still see me?

I'm making a point here and I want it made with great big muddy hobnailed boots right in the knackers! If it's a stealth point I need to think of other more obvious ways of making it!

I think that if you just delete them then they can still see you. If you delete and block them then you'll always appear offline to them.

If they look in the options for their MSN program there is usually a button to see who has you added to their list - your name won't appear once you delete them so if they look in there they may notice.

If they happen to be using GAIM as their IM client, then they'll see a big red cross over your name in their contact list.

It works though - gets me excited.

Anybody know why I haven't seen Pebbles online on MSN for ages? I keep sending her messages but apparently she's "online" yet people are talking to her.
