*digs out first 5 seasons on DVD to prepare!*
Woo!
Simon/~Flibster
I'm so glad I'm not the only one to have them all on DVD (not watched series 5 part 2 yet tho!).
I'm always wary of comebacks after a long break, but I'll be watching it :D
Yay! Everyone loves allo allo surely. Classic evening viewing up there with the greats which made me a happy kid.
I suppose with Rene's wife dying, the story will centre on a love affair between him and Lieutenant Gruber?;D Or maybe the resistance girl?

Colonel Von Strom is deadded as well. :(
As is Madame Fanny, Monsieur Alfonse, General Von Clinkerhofen, Monnsier Leclerc *both of them* :(
Also - Allo Allo was on when I was a teenager, Michelle did it for me. ;) :D
Simon/~Flibster
Ah yes I did like Michelle! :D
I prefered the communist resistance leader, or Maria. Yvette on Noel's house party scared me!

As long as Arthur Bostrom graces it. :)
The original will take some beating thoug. I still love it to this day.
Yay, you got your name back!
Well Arthur was in it but it was more of a documentary than anything else though. Thoroughly enjoyed it last night, Mrs. Feek and I were cackling loudly on the sofa.
Anyone else see it?

I wanted to watch it but forgot it was on and only caught the last 20 mins or so - any idea if it's going to be repeated?
Stan :)
Not sure, check the schedule for BBC3 maybe?
I'm in France and missed it :( Dammit, I REALLY wanted to see this.
Hopefully it will be repeated - I saw some of it and was quite enjoying it. Unfortunately I was a bit poorly last night so dropped off :(
I managed to catch it after lugging furniture around all day. As Feek said it was more of a documentary. I never got to see the original as I was too young, but seeing the re-reuns was damn good.
I can't believe how old everyone looked except the bloke who played Herr Flick. He must've been about 7 when he was in the show.
Thinking about it, I've changed a bit since 'Allo 'Allo was on....

Class comedy!
Not sure revisiting it is a good idea.. Expectations and all that jazz.
