Lots of garlic I see! Good man!
Sounds good, never really tried spanish-style cooking, but have cooked similar things in the past - chorizo is awesome!

Aye was disgusted when we went away there was practically no where selling proper tapas and when we found a place they had no chorizo left :'(
Oh forgot to add;
Jamon Serrano
If you can ever get your hands on them one of my favourite dishes is the Pimientos de Padron, as well as the setas con queso roquefort. Also any type of revueltos rocks too... mmmmmmmm.
Lots of garlic is the key though! :D

That something to do with Cheese?
setas mushrooms, with a roquefort sauce basically.
revueltos are scrambled eggs basically.
I love spanish cuisine but only because I eat a lot of it so I've got used to it!

I know exactly what you mean. every time i come here lately i leave feeling empty :(
Which means me going straight to the cupboard and having an instantaneous (big word for pikey ;) ) food fix which normally amounts to a Pear, a MrKipling summit & a mars bar :) this obviously destroys my main meal appetite which gets picked at and left leaving me doing the same instant fix late at night ;D
Pikey secret.
I've done two multi packs of normal size mars bars in about 4 days :embarassed:
Asda is my friend.
How was is Leo?? Sounded gorgeous.
I absolutely LOVE chorizo. Mum and Dad are in Spain with their motor caravan at the moment, and I've asked them to bring me some back. MMMMMMM!!! I either put it with chicken and red onions and stuff and bung it in the oven to turn gorgeous, or have it in Paella... which coincidentally is one of my favourite ALL TIME dishes. I've not cooked it on my own before though... Mum's always watched over me. I'll have to have a go at it soon :)

Turned out really well, I took photos of the ingredients and the end product but because I was cooking all those dishes couldn't get during shots but the recipes I have are descriptive enough :)
I'll get the photos up tonight
Bloody hell - I'm starving now...
