I like it :) Sounds a bit poppy but in the good way. I like the lyrics too :D Seems rather catchy.

Sounds good, though the vocal volume could be higher as it sometimes seems a bit drowned out by the music. Very good though, I like it :)

Can i be critical without hurting your feelings as i am not exactly delicate am i, you can always tell yourself i am old and know nowt anyways ;)
Anyways your vocals bother me, you restrict your throat & try to sing from it rather than letting go and the sound coming from your body. If you are going to centre a tune around the vocals then you have to command the overall sound with your voice.
Sing as loud and as deep as you can, it will sound complete crap for the first five goes but then after that when you start to relax you will have a mans voice. Don't try to hard, slow the pitch down creating a deeper sound and an easier pitch to sing along to. Once mastered you can sing what you like, how you like when you like.

I'd rather people made constructive criticisms than said nothing at all. :)

I'll admit the vocals are the weakest part, but in my defense there's two issues in the recording process. For some reason the recorder I use is happy to take instruments at a very high volume but distorts the vocals at a much lower level. As such, the entire performance suffers because I have to reduce the overall volume of the instruments so the vocals can be heard, and have to sing at a reduced volume.

Secondly, a good deal of the vocals are recorded at the time so I'm reading them as well as singing them, which doesn't help at all.

Overall though, I'd dearly love to better my vocal quality - I know I'm capable of better in both volume and accuracy. As you say Pikey, I also have a tendency to sing from the throat rather than the diaphragm, which is something I will work on.

Edit: That third paragraph doesn't make sense; must not post when drunk! I meant the lyrics are written just before recording so I have to read them while singing, which detracts from the performance.
